"For as cheap as the prices are here compared to other thrift stores, you get what you get. I've been coming here for years and always come out with great selection of clothing. Thursdays when new clothes comes in, it is organized. However, as days go by, the clothes does get disorganized. Hard to keep up organization when customers just leave everything everywhere. Employees don't get paid to provide exceptional customer service. This is a free for all store where you have to dig and go through it all to find the gems. Nothing new to those experienced thrifters."
"My wife loves coming here when we're going through Fort Worth. She always finds alot of deals. She can spend at least $30+. The only reason for 4 stars is because everything is mixed. You have to go through everything to find your sizes."
"NOTHING is sectioned according to men’s, women’s, infants, etc. when I asked one of the workers where the men’s section was, she said indifferently that “everything’s mixed”. I don’t know how they expect people to shop there, let alone find anything if everything is a free-for-all. I normally don’t leave reviews but since this is so WILDLY outside how any retail store should be organized I figured I would save someone an entire afternoon of searching through thousands of clothes that aren’t sectioned correctly. The old location was at least organized and the employees greeted people and asked if they needed help. Here they ignore everyone."
"my go-to thrift store. ive come here probably about 45+ times over the last 2 years and it has been nothing but a good experience. if you are willing to look through almost every rack, you will find absolute gems organisation: relatively organised by clothing type on thursdays. as the week goes by, the racks get progressively messier. not sorted by size but ive had no issues with this as i buy for both myself, my business, and to donate. prices: top tier, most "pricey" day is restock days (thursday - 2.25/item) customer service: staff leave you alone as many dont speak much english, but ive only ever had good interactions with them. note: no public restroom or dressing rooms. they have mirrors though, so wear clothes that you can try things over on ive also attached some of my favourite finds!"
