Texas Roadhouse

"Where do I begin. I been coming to Texas Roadhouse for years. Almost a monthly visit and this was the first time we tried this location and everything that could’ve gone wrong happened ! We joined the waitlist (table of five)on the app per usual to skip the unnecessary wait only to show up and have to wait an hour after getting the text saying we are next. After finally getting to the table we ordered two beers and two mix drinks . Just to find something contaminated inside our beer which was fun. When brought up to the server she said “that’s not suppose to be in there” Keep in mind this is over an hour in . The server after 30 minutes waiting for the food brought our salads which would’ve been ok except we had zero silverware on the table and when we tried to ask we were told “hold on one moment” as she walked away. At this point we are already annoyed with the service and almost walked out. But finally after another 30 minutes equaling an hour of sitting down waiting, we got our steaks. only to find out that ALL four were cook incorrectly and we sent them back . Well we tried to the lady wouldn’t slow down and didn’t even let us talk she took the ribeye back before we could give her the others and then came back and act like it was that so we told her that the rest are wrong and her response was “since I’m not your server I can’t take it so I’ll call them”. So there we are waiting for her to come back just to get them remade . We all kinda sat there thinking it’s a learning experience and the lesson was this location is definitely not on our list to visit ever again ."

"One star is generous. Ordered an 8 oz sirloin, medium well and this is what I was served. The steak was completely dry and burnt on the outside. But first, waited over nearly 30 minutes for our food. The service was terrible, no timely drink refills at all. Kids ordered mashed potatoes as their side, and they got mashed potatoes with an ugly glob of “gravy” on top. 100% do not recommend this location. Food and service are horrible. Never again."

"This was the 3rd consecutive year that we came celebrate my mothers birthday at this location.She turned 91 today! We arrived 15min b/4 the 3p open, waiting outside w/@8 others when it started pouring rain! An employee was leaving for the day when she exited and saw us, we asked if we could wait inside the pre-entry area since my mom was on her walker…she pulled the door shut behind her and said the Mgr does not allow it? At exactly 3p the doors were opened to complaining guests with NO response from anyone! Our waiter, Reimy, was very friendly and sympathetic but did nothing special for us! My mom was not even recognized for her birthday!"

"If location location location is all the buzz in real estate workd, then heap that and more onto this really great steakhouse situated mere minutes from Hollywood Park and seconds from busy Hwy 281S. Pricing, flavor, variety, service, speed (super), décor, family friendly. Go ahead: times THREE! All of the above. Will definitely go back! Did I mention the hot, delish rolls? Get there fast!"

"I absolutely loved my experience here tonight! My fiancé and I went out to grab a bite on a whim, BEST choice ever!! We had the most amazing server named Remey. He truly made our experience tonight. He is such a lovely human. Phenomenal service, truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had to memory. I’ve been to lots of roadhouses over the years and I’ve never been served with more attention and respect than from his gentleman. I’d recommend stopping in here and even requesting him as your server if you want a great experience and to have an experience that exceeds expectations!!"
