"This place is quite expensive. But they offer some very unique things. I was impressed with the variety of items they sold. The store was very nice and clean. Even the bathroom. And u all know I don't do public toilets. Gives me the heebie-jeebies. There was lots and lots of shared parking. I bought a couple of purses. I was satisfied."

"This location is absolutely awful, full of out of date, ripped clothes & never has room to take good quality clothes. Not just being snudy because my bag was denied, it was full of nice designer brand clothes because I KNOW they’re picky, but turning down a bag full of lucky brand jeans, levy jeans, Nike products, and brand new north face jackets. Horrible customer service and disgusting clothes. 12/10 do not recommend. Better luck just donating to the women’s shelter!"

"Not a very pleasant experience at this location. Very rude unprofessional girls at the front desk. I brought a large bag of clothes in & was told it would take about an hour. Literally 5 minutes after I walk out the door - I get an offer is ready text. Upon pick up I was told that all of my items, majority with tags were out of style and they could not accept due to inventory space. I had a mixture of seasonal items and some out of season and they offered $4 for one dress that was mixed in from my wife. Avoid this location due to the lack of professionalism and possible profiling. Random thought - after reading several other reviews, how does the store have inventory issues if all the clothes they purchase are in style ? Why are they still on the rack ? And who is classifying what’s in style and what’s not ?"
