"Great products and I'm sure the owner IS knowledgeable, but customer service would get zero stars. My wife ordered me a $200 rig setup for my Kamado for Christmas. We opened presents early this year, because I was going to smoke a prime rib for Christmas Dinner, and she wanted me to be able to use it. The rig setup that she bought, noted as 20" was actually 22", and didn't fit my particular grill. I talked to Tom yesterday and he said to email him, and he would get it squared away. We followed up with him today, so we could ship it back and get the right size, but he informed us it was at our expense to ship it back. I'm sure it's noted on their website, but it's sad that he's handling it the way that he is. Guess I'll spend my time to try to find someone around here to buy it and won't be purchasing anything from Ceramic Grill Store again. I prefer to buy American made and from local mom and pop stores, but this kind of stuff is what drives everyone to Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc. Too bad really! Lessoned learned: be 100% sure of what you are buying and don't expect any help if it isn't the right thing."
