Best Appliances

"A few days ago I purchased my 2nd appliance from here. My first was over a year ago - a speed queen washer which I LOVE. The most recent is a GE fridge with French door top, bottom freezer drawer which I also LOVE. Both times, I went shopping around and ultimately, although shopping here was by appointment - it was more than worth it both times. Edwin was trustworthy, transparent and even showed me using his tablet what competitors were offering. When I saw that another popular store offered the same model at less, he offered to match the price. I told him what I wanted but I had to run off to an appt. and could not finalize right then. He said it was ok that we could do it over the phone/text. He checked over text to make absolutely sure I was getting the model i wanted since mine were uncommon dimensions. He made it so easy with a simple & convenient link he sent for payment, confirmed delivery and by the next day, my fridge arrived. A day late, he followed up to make sure I was happy with my product & services and sent me helpful links to register my product for regular warranty and to send me the paperwork for my extended warranty. Delivery was fast, smooth and expertly executed (the delivery guy was super nice, very helpful and even showed me where I may want to evaluate my water line for a possible future fix. I cannot recommend this place enough. Way better than All the big home stores put together!"

"I had a freezer breakdown recently and it was fully packed with a freshly processed cow. It would have been a great expense to lose all that beef! But Best Appliances not only accommodated us within a matter of an hour or so, but their prices couldn't be beat and they delivered.. Saving us a small fortune. The larger box stores all claimed they could help, but it would have been DAYS waiting on a delivery. Love the small town, downhome touch of this company."

"If you are looking for a knowledgeable, no pressure and honest guy to help you decide on which appliance you need Edwin at Best Appliances is the guy. I had done the research on washers and knew I wanted a Speed Queen but not sure which model. Edwin gave me more information and specs on the different models but did not push me into thinking I needed to most expensive one. Because I felt like he really cared and stood behind his sales I ended up buying a dryer and freezer, too. I left feeling good overall with the price I paid and experience with a family owned company. He's delivering TODAY my new appliances and going to haul off the old ones. TOP NOTCH BUSINESS!!"

"I just love this company. Night and day compared to the previous local company I used. They are upfront, honest, provide manufactures warranty, have new machines lots of variety and the delivery driver just blew me away. He removed my previous machine and installed my new machine upstairs by himself. Meanwhile the last company took 2 people and they damaged my wall and struggled unloading the washing machine.
