"First time customer experience with Uptown Cheapskate was quite comfortable with no high pressure sales tactics. The employees were very friendly and maintained a positive and professional attitude. Although I went into Uptown Cheapskate with the hopes of being able to offload the 40 lbs of gently used clothing that I had brought in, and then having the staff buy just three single pieces of garments from the mountain of stuff that I had brought with me, I was actually pleasantly surprised by their offer. It was far more than what I would have expected on the price per piece anywhere else. The environment was upbeat and Inviting to say the least. Overall, I would have to say that my first time experience with this 2nd hand apparel store was pretty darn great! The team was helpful, knowledgeable and they made the entire process seem very easy. Kudos to Kel'c, Kimmerle and the rest of the staff for making me feel as though they appreciated not just the bottom line, but that they appreciated me and for even giving them my business. I will most certainly be a repeat customer and seller with Uptown Cheapskate!!!!! Good Job to you all...."
