"First timer leaving an on-line review, but these folks are extremely deserving of it! Their product is nearly useless and their customer service is worse! Had two custom lifts built due to height restrictions for a typical lift(missed it by three inches). Placed my order for a standard lift minus three inches shorter. Through many failed promises, and multiple un-returned phone calls it took them four months to deliver them wrong. They had to come out three times to fix the height requirement I had specified and bring out the correct pumps just to get them operational. While attempting to use the lifts for the first time, I found that they would not lift anything lower than an SUV. After Target made me deliver their poor arm design to them to repair the issue, they(making it worse) they suggested having every vehicle drive up on wood blocks prior to swinging the lift arms under because they were no longer going to attempt to make it right without being paid more money. Now after having owned them a year and a month they again refuse to return my calls in regard to a leaking lift pump warranty due to being contaminated with teflon tape they used when assembling the lift. Now I'm out a service call fee and another $95 due to their incompetence!"
