"I had an issue with my new tuxedo 9k lift and the customer support folks were very professional in every way, not only did they help me resolve me issue with my life, they compensated for my down time , this was 5 month ago, and lift has preformed flawlessly ever since. Thanks again to the Texas Hornfrog that helped out a Georgia Bulldog."

"I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company! I purchased a motorcycle lift and vise from them. Just about a year later we noticed the vise had a crack around a weld. We contacted them directly and was told they will not cover anything and they would only sell me another vise. While I understand that certain things may not be covered under warranty, the customer service representative was extremely unprofessional. My first vendor representative contacted them as well, as this is a product they routinely sell and had some concerns regarding continuing to sell a product that has obvious defects. The same customer service representative acted in such an unprofessional and rude manner that the vendor had to hang up. Finally, another widely used distributor/vendor called again, with the same concerns to see if there would be another option to get through dispute as well as others resolved. And again, this vendor was met with rude, unprofessional, and overall very poor customer service. Tuxedo did not ask for pictures, proof of purchase, or attempt to resolve the issue in any way other than to obviously have me purchase a brand new vise. While I may not make numerous large purchases throughout the year from Tuxedo, the 2 largest vendors who also sell Tuxedo products do. I certainly would not buy a second defective product and neither will these two vendors moving forward . At the end of the day Tuxedo does not stand behind any of their products, only the profits made from purchases."

"I recently bought 2 of the 4 posts lifts through Lowe's home improvement stores. These are high quality lifts and if you run into a problem they backed everything up. I would highly recommend this company."

"Extremely poor quality products! I purchased a 11000 lbs lift. Within a couple months all of the hydraulic hoses failed and now at the 9 month mark both hydraulic cylinders have failed causing the vehicle to rapidly sink, and not be able to lift off of the locks!! After an hour of manually lifting the vehicle with screw jacks(very unsafe) to get the stuck vehicle down. The best solution they could give me is that they will send out new seal kits with shipping at my expense! Once they arrive I'll have to spend the day rebuilding their pos product. Stay far away from this company and their poor quality products!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've spent 26 years in the automotive industry and never seen such junk."

"I had an 11,000 pound hoist installed about 7 months ago. The hoist had only been used a handful of times before one of the equalizing cables broke while lowering my car. I was put in touch with Bobby for my customer service and he was awesome to deal with. Not only did he overnight a set of replacement cables to me, he ended up giving me his cell phone number so I could call him for technical support while replacing the cable outside of normal business hours. I would definitely recommend he and Tuxedo Distributors for their customer support efforts. Hopefully, I have no more issues with the hoist itself, but - if I do, I feel confident that they will take good care of me."
