"Me and My Husband purchase cologne in this young lady name Michelle told us to wait until she finish ringing someone up which we did then, when she got done, she will help us, but she did not. Instead, she ring up three more people when we were in front of them and forgot all about us so I asked her did you forget about us and she completely ignored me and laugh. I felt disrespected also felt like she was being racist towards me in my husband. Thanks to the manger for helping us out but people like her should not work in customer service ruin my husband bday."
"Visited to look for a specific item - unfortunately it was not in stock and no similar item was available. Looks like there are some good buys available in the discounted "backstage" area on the second floor. Not sure we'll visit this location again. Overall the store's appearance did not inspire confidence - floors looked worn and dirty, and most checkouts were not staffed."
"Horrible service! Store was trashed. Safety pins all over the floor in the fitting room. Husband got poked by one. Young lady behind the counter was rude and didn’t seem to care."
"This was the absolute dirtiest Macy's I've ever had the displeasure of going in to, I can't say I shopped in the store because I was disgusted by the appearance. The only bright spot of the experience was the staff. It's unfortunate that they have to work in this atmosphere. I sincerely hope this store is in the process of a makeover or it just needs to close."
