"Disappointed in this location! I normally go to the Parks mall and always have a great experience with customer service. Today I decided to go to the Hulen mall location. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to ask if I was interested in a pair of shoes then I went over to the Men’s cologne, and had to wait again. When The female asked me was I interested in something I asked her if they were running a special on any of the men’s cologne. She turned around and walked off without saying anything. So rude. Definitely not the right position for her. Note, the store just opened so it wasn’t that busy"

"My boyfriend’s mom took me shopping here to get ready for a wedding we’re going to be attending soon. I have never personally shopped at Dillard’s before, so I never realized how cute some of their stuff is. The employees are very attentive as well, and noticed when we needed assistance before we even had to go ask. I everyone was super friendly, and if I had a question they were capable of finding answers to the question in a timely fashion."
