"Employees do not know how to treat the client well. I came twice in this store, the first on Sunday, February 3, the cashier was not happy to be there, they closed the store just after us and did not want to let us go back because they had made a error in the price. I came back today to trade the wrong sizes. The three vendors present was spying me, like i m going to stole something. Instead of looking at clients this way, go to them and ask for help instead of spying on them from afar. I am a very loyal customer of Tommy and buy around $ 200 a month in this brand. Employees and managers need to review their way of dealing with the client and especially to stop making them feel uncomfortable. Very bad experience in this store."

"I WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS IF I COULD. I have never been treated so rudely anywhere else. I came here one of the first few weekends they opened. I walked in, the alarms went off (it had just gone off at Steve Madden as well, which was the only other store I went to this trip). This happens all the time to anyone, I didn't think this was a big deal. Suddenly, 4 staff members ran up, and questioned me constantly and I couldn't make it more than 2 steps into the store without everyone surrounding me. I also want to make note that I had a purse about the size of a ziploc bag, and even told them to search my bag if they wanted since they were so concerned about the machine beeping as I walked INTO the store. Another family walked in and it beeped as well, making me think the machine was just broken. The short brunette girl rolled her eyes at me after questioning me 100 times and after I told her to just search my bag, and said "um its fine." and walked off. I noticed anywhere I walked in the store, someone was following me. I was on the phone with my mom trying to figure out what to buy for a Christmas gift, and a guy that was following me in circles and ended up just standing 5 feet from me, watching me INDISCREETLY, while I was on the phone with me mom. When I was off the phone and continued to shop, he kept following me along with the rude girl. As we checked out, the cashier was a younger boy who was the only nice person. We warned him the machine beeped as we walked IN, since the ENTIRE staff had come out from the shadows and questioned us for 5 minutes. He said ok, no problem, he just double checked the tags on the clothing we bought to make sure there would be no more hassle. We walk out, and it beeps again. I roll my eyes and stand there as everyone comes running at us, and our cashier apologized and "double checked" our tags and insisted he had to walk us out again. He clarified and said he knew we weren't the problem, but his manager "made him" walk us out and even our cashier seemed embarrassed. I again offered to just let him look through my tiny purse because there was literally nothing. My boyfriend and I had dressed nice, were polite, and had some money to spend while shopping which is why we were frustrated we were targeted and harassed. We spent over $100, and were treated so badly. We contemplated turning around and returning it all. Shame on management and the employees who were NOT trained to treat these situations well. I used to work in a high-scale retail and never treated customers like this. DISGUSTING staff. Do not come here. Go to Grapevine Mills if you need to go to a Tommy Hilfiger."
