"I was very disappointed. Items were on the floor. I almost slipped on the things that were on the floor. Disorganization at its best! The cashier at the counter was very nice and helpful!"
"I realize that shopping during the Xmas season can be crazy. However only having two people to run a register and a line that twists and turns through the store seems like an issue. Shop for 30 minutes to an hour, then stand in line for another hour."
"We went to Ross on a busy Saturday morning. The store was well lit and seemed stocked. We were looking for shoes and were able to find something that would work. The cashier was pleasant but pushed for the credit card pretty aggressively. That always makes the experience unpleasant. Overall we would return but might try other places first"
"Trish & the girls here are all so sweet and helpful. The store always looks good - it is truly one of the busiest stores & can get chaotic but even if a few things get ransacked on a holiday weekend, I can honestly say this: 1) the crew here is always working - you will not find them standing around & 2) the store is always clean! There might be a pile up of clothes after an aloof customer tries on 27 items but the store will always be clean - wiped, dusted, mopped, sanitized, clean. How this crew stays as cheerful as they do with never-ending gobs of “didnt we just do this” piling up is beyond me but they do! 5 +stars for a happy, hard working crew we could all stand to be a little more like!"
"Great prices, good quality and good selection, you can find pretty much everything, you just need to get there at the right time and on the right day of the week, right when they restock everything, otherwise you are going to spend more time finding what you are looking for!"
