"Years ago, Lane Bryant was the place plus sized women could go to buy business clothing, beautiful dresses and casual clothes. Today, I have not seen any business attire and absolutely no dressy dresses. But, there is plenty of casual clothing. Now, online I can probably find everything I need for my business and dressy needs but there is no reflection in the store. Lane Bryant remains very pricey. Even their clearance is high. However, their clothing is made of quality material and it does last a long time. In the Alliance location the sales representatives are always helpful. The manager is on the floor and she knows what is in her store. There are two things that bother me about her. First, she is loud. The store is small...you don't have to be so loud. Second, she over talks her associates. An associate was helping my daughter. The manager talked over the associate an wouldn't let her work with my daughter. Advice: you hired her so I'm guessing she is qualified to do the job, let her do it."
"I used to really love Lane Bryant but their fashion, in my opinion, has declined. I found a cute sweater though. They have cute jeans, bras, and panties, some cute tops, and other accessories. Customer service is a 10."
"I don't find styles I like at this location, and Lane Bryant prices are high. Staff is fine, store is clean. It's not a terrible place, but is always a "last ditch effort" option."
