Desk associate number 5212180 asked my wife for her date of birth during the transaction. My wife asked why and refused to provide personal information? Why do you need my date of birth anyway? When the transaction was completed, "desk associate 5212180" rudely tossed the sales receipt to my wife. We will not be returning."
