"I’ve been at the mall a littler over a hour & this store has been closed the entire time. Stating that to say if it was a bathroom or lunch break they would’ve been back by now. I watched them miss so many customers by this today. Oh well on the way to GP outlets. They are usually much better."
"They’re not open when they say they are. I’ve gone on Saturday afternoon and they’re closed by 3:30. Went on Thursday afternoon at 2:15 and they’re closed. Website says they should be open at both times. Very frustrating."
"My family and I stopped in today 6/5/22 at 12:30 and the 2 girls working at the front desk never looked up from their phones. I said to the girls hey how about welcome us to the store or ask us if we need help finding anything. They just looked at each other and then went back to their phones. Awful customer service!! You should put a mannequin in their place. Might save you you some overhead since they are clearly not doing anything. We will never step foot in your store again…."

"Worst customer service. The staff at tanger outlet behaved so poorly. We purchased a dress and found that it was damaged after the billing. We were still in the store and showed her damaged product. She refused to exchange stating that it was a sale item and as the billing is completed she cannot exchange the item. We had to speak with the supervisor regarding this. Customer service is so bad that you won’t ever want to step in that store again. Very bad experience."
