"First time experience: Chicken was juicy and delicious. Service was fast and accurate and they had fun with my little one. A bigger lobby is available but they have it closed off for staff. Drive through or take out is the way to go. Will go again for sure"
"I went to Williams chicken in Cedar Hill, Tx on Monday Sept. 18, 2023 at 8:48pm and the lobby is closed, but the drive thru is open. It shows they close at 11:30pm. So why are the lobby doors locked ??? They should adjust their hours if they don't want the lobby open. I didn't order I left & went somewhere else."
"I don’t know why I keep trying this location , they have a lot of people working there playing and making sure their friends get free food . They don’t care about the customers and the long line in the drive thru. I’ll make that drive from cedar hill to go to the one on 67 and red bird , better customer service and fresh food ."
