"My go to spot now on my way home. Good ole' Classic Milk tea. Can't go wrong with this. I always stop by here when I get the chance. Better than most places closer to me so I don't mind driving a bit further out to get this."
"Walked in, there were 2 people working, 1 male and 1 female. No greetings at all, Ok cool no problem they look busy even though there's literally no one else in the shop other than us and a couple already sitting down. I said hello, and they just carried on with what they were doing, I said hello again louder this time the dude is standing right in front of me, and the girl right behind him, they still ignored us, pretending like they didn't hear and yes I say pretend because I was very loud with my hello and he was only a feet away from me maybe less. I stood there for a minute waiting for anyone to say hello or even acknowledge us but NOOOO, they just seem to not care. I don't understand these type of customer service, regardless if you're doing something, you're still to at least acknowledge your customers. I would definitely give no stars if I could. Like no star for customer service. Other than the place looked nice, but still wouldn't recommend as the customer service sucks."
"Cute vibes and tasty drink options with ability to customize sweetness, toppings, ice level, etc. Had the taro milk tea with 50% sweetness and mini boba. Still a little too sweet for my taste but I'll adjust for when I try it the next time around!"
"Really enjoyed the drinks I got here. Both cold and hot teas were legit. The staffs were courteous and helpful. The facility was bright, spacious and clean. The location is convenient- I dropped off hubby next door for his optometrist appointment. I was able to get some yummy tea and get some work done while waiting for my husband. Overall a great experience!"
