"Good coffee, good selection of food and drinks, especially the gluten free options. We got a GF blueberry muffin, GF breakfast bowl, and cinnamon bowl. Also mocha, white mocha, and raspberry truffle coffees. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and it was a comfortable place to hang out for a while."

"I’ve read the negative and most of the positive reviews about this place. This is my first visit. Baristas were pleasant and answered my questions about this “charcoal” coffee. I like to be culinarily adventurous, so I got that drink. It tasted wonderful, and the pumpkin muffin was delicious. In regards to complaints about the customer service and wait times, I found out the owner was training a new hire, so hopefully, those issues will be resolved."

"I had a wonderful experience at Black Sugar coffee shop. The ambience was perfect, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The highlight for me was their impressive coffee selection. I opted for the cold nitro brew, and it was exactly the strong kick I was seeking – a coffee lover's dream. My wife ordered the caramel milk latte, and she thoroughly enjoyed her choice as well. What set this coffee shop apart was it’s pet-friendly policy. They not only allowed pets inside but even offered them a special treat, a puppacino. Our pup absolutely loved it! I also have to mention that the staff at Black Sugar was helpful and genuinely nice. Their friendly and attentive service added to the overall positive experience. The combination of great coffee, a welcoming environment, and their consideration for both little ones and furry friends made our visit to Black Sugar truly delightful. We'll definitely be returning for more caffeine fixes and the warm, inclusive atmosphere."

"Black Sugar Caffe is my go to coffee shop in Round Rock. They always have amazing beverages and the staff are the most kind people! I also run my monthly Coffee Shop Performance for my music studio, Birchwood Music Company, here and it always goes so smoothly. The students and parents LOVE the atmosphere and the treats. I love the accommodating staff and chill vibes. 10 out of 10 would recommend. :)"

"Love to go to Black Sugar in Cedar Park on Cypress blvd and so glad to see they open one closer to my house! I kept trying new things there at the other store. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you find the drink you may like. This store seems to be the same. This is gonna be great!! The decoration is better than the one I always go to. It’s a little bigger but pretty much the same style. I like it!"
