"I visited for the first time and was unsure about what to order. The front counter person was incredibly helpful, patiently recommending their popular drinks. I decided on the "Blackout" (hazelnut & mocha), and it was a delightful blend. The hazelnut's nuttiness and the mocha's light bitterness were perfectly balanced, with strong coffee that didn't overshadow other flavors. The shop is clean, spacious, and ideal for a quick meet. Highly recommended!"

"This was my first time ordering from this place since they seemed interesting. I ordered via uber eats to have it delivered. Upon receiving and drinking my drink I kept ingesting what I had assumed was just hard unblended ice until the unknown substance got caught in my gums. Turns out it was hard bits of plastic. I figured that's odd it shouldn't happen again, mistakes happen. However I kept drinking the drink and behold more hard bits of plastic in my mouth. I had to strain most of my drink to see how much plastic I was able to pull out and I got quite a bit of it. Not sure what kind if plastic this is or if maybe the plastic was being chipped off whatever they use to help them blend their drinks but ingesting plastic was not part of my plans today. Was told to contact uber support yet uber hasn't done anything yet. So out of a drink and out of my money. Not sure if I want to risk ordering from this place again."

"First timer here! I ordered Hot Caramel Blondie coffee and it was surprisingly good. Like really, really good. My order was taken and in less than five minutes, I got my coffee. I was tempted to try croissant which looks really good but I've just eaten snack. Maybe next time. The store is clean, it looks nice and comfy. Service is good and fast. We'll try other items on the menu next time."
