"Ordered online, the order came in without any issues. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I went to my local Old Navy and the sales associate, Ben, was very helpful and professional! He switched out my items for the correct size and then handled the return/ exchange for me. It was a wonderful experience!"
"☆The customer service is decent at best, the workers kind of do their own thing and chat among each other. The manager however is friendly and walks around working and checking on customers. The clothes are mostly organized(It's holiday season) however that is by far the dirtiest Old Navy, I've ever been to. Trash and caked up dust everywhere. (I'm not sure if you can tell from the pic but those bottles had thin layers of dust and dirt) Not my first choice to go back to.☆"
