"Was walking downtown with my husband for Mother's Day. We passed Francesca's and I decided to see what jewelry they had. Tried to open the door and it was locked. Looked at my watch and it was 12:04. Sign on the door said they opened at 12 on Sundays. My husband looks through the door and saw a girl behind the counter, she makes eye contact with him, does nothing. I stand outside and wait, it's now 1210. She unlocks the door and walks away. She didn't even bother to open it and say hello...completely rude. Even when I left, she didn't say a word. No excuse for the rudeness, she wasn't busy and I was the only customer."
