"Store looks nice but cashiers need to be trained, that when someone hands you money in your hand, you don’t sit their change on the counter, while I have my hand holding it out waiting for you to do the same. Guess she’s allergic to African Americans. This isn’t the first time, I had to tell Myra is her name about this!"
"Terrible customer service by the night shift manager. She needs to polish up her customer service skills. Showed no sympathy, gave an "I don't care" attitude. Wouldn't make an attempt to help. Had to go to a different Rainbow store and they were so polite, and very helpful. I got the help that I needed from them. They also mentioned that they receive a lot of complaints from this particular store."
"It’s always something here. If the hours are at 8 pm, why are they closed by 7:40? On a Tuesday. I am literally parked on the parking lot almost 30 minutes before they close and the lady is fixing close and smiling at me. For the experience You get here, it shouldn’t be at this price. Rude. Unprofessional and definitely not coming back to this location. I would much rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the other location. This location is not even 2 minutes driving. Lost my business here."
