"So this store was a favorite for a long time until they had this evil manager. She was argumentative and down right disrespectful to both her staff and customers. I avoided it for a few years hoping karma would eventually get her and I am happy to report that it did. I have been there a few times this year at different times of the day and each time I was greeted by wonderful, happy staff. Kudos to the person that turned this store around. Very happy to return there again."

"I love torrid! The clothes in the store always make me feel beautiful! And they have cute bras and underwear for plus size girls. It’s so hard to find cute bras and underwear as a plus size girl. They usually have a big selection of clearance clothing too. And all the employees are very helpful!"
