"Absolutely ATROCIOUS with new ownership! Their “exchange” policy is absolutely ridiculous to any adult with a semi functional brain. I bought a dress from there 3 days ago - got it home, tried it on some more, and realized i didn’t love it as much as I did in the store. I was aware at purchase that I couldn’t have a refund but that an exchange was acceptable. I went in today to exchange my dress for something else, but I didn’t find anything that I liked. I was told that they don’t issue store credit - WAIT WHAT?!? A retail store that doesn’t issue store credit and is completely inflexible. No other options were issued or offered. The girl who was at the counter told me “we get new stuff everyday” - so am I supposed to just give up my days so I can come try to find something I want to exchange - now I only have 6 days! This is the most ludicrous and ridiculous policy I have ever experienced! The clothes under new ownership aren’t nearly as cute as they used to be. Per the girls at the counter, I’m just stuck w my dress if I can’t find anything I want in 6 days. ZERO FLEXIBILITY and ZERO STORE CREDIT available. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. And remember, you can’t change your mind about the clothes after 10 days. Go support small business elsewhere. No solution was ever offered to help my situation."
"I just randomly went by this store when out visiting family and it is so cute! I loved so many pieces. The best part is that they have a great sale area. They have a rack where everything is $15. Wow! I was able to get some staples and a New Year's Eve dress. The woman who helped us was so kind and attentive. She really helped us find the perfect pieces!"
