"I got a fruit tart and the crust was totally inedible. Im guessing it was super old. the filling in the middle was not sweet at all and rhe strawberries were getring old. this resort has just been disappointing around every corner"

"Kolache wasn't very good went twice during my stay and the first time was a smooth experience as for the second time they didn't ask for names so everyone waiting for drinks are confused on who's drink is who's and when baristas call out the drinks they don't call it out correctly so you wait around wondering if the drink they called out is your drink and you check the writing on the cup and it's not even correct so you have to wait to ask a barista to help clear the air and they just ignore you and don't seem to notice that your waiting around confused to even ask you if you need something until you finally stop one to ask and clear the confusion."

"Ordered a caramel brûlée latte. $8+ and it wasn’t even made right. When I tasted it, it tasted off. Looked inside, it was pure white with no coffee. Turned out to be straight warmed milk. It was in a cup labeled with my name and “caramel brûlée” on it. So either they didn’t know how to make the drink or they made someone else’s order inside of my cup. Waste of money."

"Went there twice during my visit at the resort. First visit was great, second one not so much. The pricing of the Venti hot chocolate was $5.45 on the board and I was charged $6.45. The cashier refused to do anything about it claiming it had nothing to do with her and I needed to speak to the hotel front desk about it. The kicker, I also ordered a grande Caramel Machiatto, was charged for a VENTI but received a grande size. Note to management - PLEASE train the store employees better!!!"
