"Shipped me a compressor that did not work. I returned it for refund and have never received money back. They also refuse to respond in emails or help over the phone. Just got hung up on actually. 1000% scam."

"This is one of worst company I had ever work with. I bought an compressor for my car but ordered wrong and wanted to return it. I tried to email them 4x and didnt have any answer so I called, the only answer that the guy gave me was ''email again'' and he turned off the cellphone on my face."

"These guys are at best incompetent, and at worst thieves! I ordered from them because they had a decent price for the name brand AC compressor assembly I needed. What they sent me was not only the wrong part, but it also didn't even have all of the hardware necessary to install it. I immediately tried contacting them through their website and got no response. Over the next week I called six different times that went like this: VM (no call back), spoke to a guy (sent the requested email and pictures, no response), spoke to another guy (no help, actually argued with me that the incorrect parts should work just fine and that the lack of hardware was no big deal, and that if the parts didn't work then that was due to my incompetence, seriously!), spoke to a different guy (sent another email and pictures, no response), spoke to another guy (passed on to the warehouse, no answer), spoke to the warehouse guy (gave me an RMA #, but said I had to pay for return shipping and refused to send me the actual part that I ordered). In short, I wouldn't use these guys for anything ever! They lied to me, they ignored me, and they do not honor their own guarantees."

"Ordered a compressor for a 1994 Ford 7.5 (motorhome) engine, got it in 3 days. Bolted right up, couldn't have been easier to swap out. Part is in great condition, will be a little while before we get to check functionality, but at the moment couldn't be happier!"

"Whatever you do, never use Cool Air Parts. They are simply terrible. They never send you a reference number for your repair. Their phones only go to the sales department. They refuse to help you and then block your call. You leave messages and no one bothers to call back. You email and no one responds. I had to have a colleague physically got to their place of business, put his hands on my compressor to verify it was repaired and working, and then pay them to retrieve my compressor. Hopefully the repair was actually done. I wasn't going to leave it with them, as I am sure I would never get it back."
