"Ive never not enjoyed eating my food from panda except for when I came here. Teryaki Chicken was super chewy way too soft & I didn’t even get teryaki sauce in the drive thru.. dont know why I would have to ask for that. Changed it for orange chicken ..tried it and honestly my whole appetite was ruined. Food does not taste good here. Cook it right next time. It looked busy so I’m sure they’re rushing through before its well cooked and serve it. Trashed the Orange chicken and tried eating the rest. You literally cannot tell me this is well cooked!!!!! I definitely need a refund. Im running on an empty stomach back to work now."
"The line is always missing items. And of course the employees are the ones with an attitude towards the customers for just placing an order! Quick to say that the kitchen is closed even though the sign on the door says otherwise. Kathy is the employee with the worst attitude there."
"6+ employees yet customer service was molasses with no friendliness at all ! and the icing on the cake was getting fried rice that taste like smoke. I'm not sure who cooked the rice but whatever they burned or did while cooking the rice had to have known that the rice not only taste like smoke but it smells like it (as soon as I opened the container I smelled smokey rice). smh Do better Panda Express !"
