"This store is way nicer and more organized than others like it. I found a skirt and a purse and paid less than I expected to. The restrooms were clean, too. I prefer paper towels to dry my hands instead of the hand dryer"

"UPDATE: I was sent a $10 gift certificate so I did return to spend that, but still I found many items not priced and employees not able to tell me how much the items were. So - I'm finished there. Their system is broken and I don't see any interesting in fixing it. First time and likely last time. Much of the merchandise is not marked and employees can't tell you how much it is. They had a dozen or so boxes of CheezIt crackers...all unpriced. So I took one to an employee, he had no idea and told me they could tell me how much it was at the register. In the meantime, I had checked the price for the same product at WalMart and found it to be $3.78. Oh - and he did say something so profound - "Usually if it isn't priced, it's put close to something with the same price." I started to ask him to explain that comment, but decided against it. At the register was a clueless young man who pecked and pecked at their computer/register and finally said, "I can't find it here - how does $5.00 sound?" I told him that couldn't be right - was there a manager around. Up steps another clueless individual who identified himself as the manager. (Mind you, this guy had been 3' away during the entire previous conversation.) He told me "Well, they're either $2.99 or $3.99, but I'm not sure." At that point rather than allow myself to truly express my feelings, I set the box of CheezIts on the counter, told them to forget it and paid for my one other item. All-in-all I absolutely wasted 6 or 7 minutes with these inept employees, so I can't see myself going back to this store. As others have said - the place is extremely unorganized and in disarray."

"One of the worst if not the worse Burlington! They are in desperate need for Customer Service training, Specially the store manager, Anna. After speaking with me, over the phone she tells me to go back to the store so she can help me. When i get there, I was told she had the day off! Avoiding a Customer's problem doesn't make it go away. Discount store shouldn't mean discounted service."
