"Travelling from Nepal and carrying Nepalese taste in mouth I was exploring food of my type here in United States. So, the food in California where Nepalese food were served was horrifying not because of placement but of flavor and taste. The food was either frozen or tasteless. But after I visited Texas, I had a chance to explore more. So, I went to a Restaurant near by me, the name of the restaurant was unique as well as the food. To be honest I felt like home, the taste, flavor, personal preference were as I thought it should be. The Mo: Mo (namely dumpling) as an identity of Nepalese fast food, was balanced with hygiene and flavor. I tried two types of Mo: Mo’s both steam and C Mo: Mo, both were good. The serving of the tandoori made my mood high, not only had good picture and videos of it but made my day. The masala used to make it was super good. But the thing that I was hunting me throughout the day was I need to move next state after couple of day."
