"I got the giant baker and there was hardly any on it . What a big disappointment!! And my husband got the pulled pork sandwich and he was disappointed with it also . I tried to use a card where you buy a yellow cup and you get a free pull pork sandwich and this location would not sponsor it. So this location is independent owned, this where you get ripped off! I will not ever go to this location again!"

"Others have mentioned that promotions aren’t honored; when I was in line to order there was a sign about not accepting coupons. It sounds like they screw over customers who order on the app at this location. I order my food, get down to the register, and there is a sign about how the displayed menu is showing the prices with a cash discount already applied, and if you pay with credit then it will cost more. I might have not minded had this been a mom and pop place or the sign had been posted at the front of the line (or…ON THE MENU that you look at to make a decision about what to order) but it was really annoying to feel blind sided by an extra charge like that. Put the real prices on the menu. You can surprise customers at the register with a cash discount, but it’s scummy to tell customers that surprise, you have to pay more than you thought you would! It’s 2023, I’m sorry that credit card companies charge you a fee, but that is a cost of doing business and most people do not carry cash around. The person working there seemed annoyed to be serving us. Overall it just felt unwelcoming and I definitely don’t feel like there’s any reason to return there in the future; there are plenty of friendly businesses in the glade parks area."

"Very fast service!! Friendly staff and great food!! I have never previously been to this restaurant but it was great. The man that took my order was very helpful since I was not familiar with food selections. We ordered the Mac and cheese brisket stack , which was excellent, the Mac and cheese was very creamy. The frito stack was great! My favorite was the Giant Baker. Location is in the back of the shopping almost missed it, but glad I didn't.I Will be returning to this location."

"Wow... This is the worst looking BBQ I have seen in my life. This food is suppose to be a 3 meat plate (ribs sliced brisket and pork burt ends. The only thing that looks normal is the one rib.. the other one is on bottom and all of the meat is hanging off. This is meat is completely dry and disgusting looking. (Looks like dog food scraps.. I paid $40 bucks for 2 plates like this. Not a burnt end in sight... Dicky's y'all need to do better. This is really sad."
