Domino's Pizza

"Wow, just what the doctor ordered! I've been sick and I asked for suggestions because I wasn't feeling pizza. He suggested the pasta bowl or sandwich. I got them both. Both were seasoned well. Plenty of chicken in my sandwich and in the pasta bowl. The customer service I received was on point (Great). Clean floors and tables. The tables and floors were cleaned especially where they were preparing food! Order was ready within 15 minutes! Keep up the great job guys! I was truly impressed!!"

"This locations staff of employees is always changing. My last experience here was bad. I ordered a beef topping large pizza waited 15 minutes when 15 minutes passed. I asked the young man how much longer he said that they missed up on the pizza(how or why you missed up, I don't know) it's going to be another 15 minutes mind you I sat inside the lobby the whole 15 minutes and not once was I informed. When I bought that up, a 2nd young man gets in the conversion tells me as rude as it gets that I can leave. I just responded with, "I'll wait. it's no problem. " I didn't want any problems or anything done to my pizza. I don't recommend this location"

"As much as I try to modify the ingredients in my pizza, still do not like it really, I have now had it and will not order again. That in the picture is a gluten-free pizza and I ordered extra cheese and a topping of provolone... Barely any cheese in there! Their pizzas are mostly sauce (too much sauce, always!) and what's really awful is no matter how I try to modify the toppings, it always ends up being the same super saucy, lacking cheese pizza."

"We ordered a Pepperoni pizza online and it was ready by the time we arrived. We were in and out quickly. It looked clean inside. My kids liked the pizza."

"Awful customer service from the general manager. The food sat for an hour before they called me to tell me they won’t deliver it. And refused to refund delivery fee and tip when I came to pick it up. Then altered my order after I left, that they “couldn’t change anything on” to pickup and added extra sides to “make up for the delivery fee” but didn’t give me those items. Oily cinnamon sticks and old dough as well as poor cheese distribution on the pizza. They had atleast an hour old dough sitting on racks, some with sauce on them. All of my order was cold and hard by the time I got there (5 minutes after they called me to tell me they don’t deliver to my location). She said “oh it’s warm it’s been on a heat rack” well warm and fresh are not the same thing. Easily the worst dominos location I’ve ever had to experience. Not one apology for any of the inconvenience. Only attitude backed with more attitude. Poor excuse for a general manager. Conversation ended with her stating “I’m sorry that you don’t like the way I run MY business”"
