"2/23/24. 8:45pm Went in to enjoy my Friday evening with a little ice cream I should have walked right out. Didn’t get greeted when two “managers” were standing right there, they took a while before we were even acknowledged. Maybe they thought we wanted free food or they were there for something besides paying customers.Didn’t even get a thanks. Boggles my mind how rudely I was treated I went up to ask for whipped cream on my sundae he rolled his eyes and said it doesn’t come with it. I told him I’d gladly pay. He walked off mumbling something and ordered the young workers to give me the whipped cream like he couldn’t do it. If I could give the service -5 stars I would."

"Dairy Queen has gone down over the years. Food is thrown together is looks sloppy. The portions keep getting smaller but the prices sure keep going up. This location is ran poorly. They leave the drive thru window cracked which leaves opportunities for someone to rob them. This also means bugs can fly in. People just arent concerned about the customers any more."

"Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a DQ. We waited in the drive thru line for at least 25-30 minutes after we ordered. On the receipt it says Omanique and Curtisha (they put our meals on two separate orders/receipts), and they couldn’t get our order right over the speaker despite repeating it five times. They STILL got the order wrong. I ordered the Flame Kickin’ Hungr-Buster and still only got a plain and dry regular Hungr-Buster. We had to go inside to get it fixed after waiting forever. This is very disappointing as I have never had a truly bad experience here. Curtisha, who I assume is the acting manger/lead had the burger remade for us and I appreciate that at least. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy and clearly having issues both at the drive-thru and inside, but I sincerely hope we are the only people who have had this issue."
