"Was very disappointed in our visit this time. I am a handicapped 73-year-old woman that has both hips replaced and I use a cane, but I like to use a shopping cart to lean on to make me more stable. There’s no sign on the door that says no shopping carts allowed, and the first remark we got when we open the door is “you can’t bring that shopping cart in here“, we were approached by two employees and they said that the shopping cart was a liability and I could not bring it in. Just wanted people to know if your handicap and need assistance for balance with a cart don’t go to shoe Carnival !!!"
