"The customer service is the worst!! The cashier with the blister on the corner of her mouth couldn’t even say a simple thank you to my mom and I after we paid, no smile from her either."
"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the register to process an exchange where 3 employees stood. Not one of them greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. Waited for them to stop conversing then one walked over where, again, wasn’t greeted nor at least apologized for having me wait. As I walked out I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the store was. Trash & whatnot under the racks of clothes and elsewhere."

"Poor customer service! The manager Bryanne, was the worst. She was not even friendly or empathetic. She needs better customer service training. The employee in training, Alexia was a great help. This was my first time here and definitely my last. I went in to exchange gifted items for my daughter. This was the most difficult thing I have ever done. The store was a train wreck aside from the lack of helpfulness and customer service skills. I didn't even want to leave any stars but in order to leave this review I needed to mark at least one star. I do not recommend at all!"
"I found a pair of pants for $9.98 online. I didn’t want to wait for delivery so I went in to the Harlingen, Texas store to buy them. The same pants were doubled in price, $19.99. I asked the manager if they match the online prices but she rudely said no. So here’s a tip for the people who shop at that store: You’re paying double the price. Shop online, have it delivered, and avoid the rude staff."
