I was 23 years in retail, we could NEVER rush the customer, turn off the lights, or turn off the front sign. Customers were always our first priority, regardless if it was 8:45 p.m."

"I am usually very happy with shopping here more than half of my clothes is from Cato. I was heading to the store and ENTERED about 2 minutes BEFORE their closing time. I had the shirts I was going to buy IN MY HAND!!!!! The lady then told me that they are already “closed” she could have at least checked me out with the blouse I had in my hand that I needed for the next day. I’m very upset with this. She basically told me that she couldn’t check me out and that they “open at 10.”"
"Love the clothes and quality, have only had good experiences with customer service. And they carry PLUS sizes which I LOVE! Sometimes it's not easy to find the perfect fit when yo are in between sizes or are curvy. I also like that they offer layaway."
"WOW! I loved almost every outfit, and they have a great assorted sizes, from Juniors to plus size women. The style of close was dressy and also casual. Their prices aren't bad at all. You can also buy shoes and they are so pretty! You can buy a nice dress for thirty-five bucks! The sales staff were friendly and helpful, especially when trying on clothes; if it doesn't fit, they will get you another size. Its a great place to shop."
