"I'll start by saying, I LOVE Chick-fil-A. But this particular location is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The chicken is always soggy, no matter WHAT you order and they refuse to cook it a second longer.. In addition to that the service is horrendous. The people who work here have nasty attitudes and get visibly aggravated when you simply ask for a receipt. Unfortunately, this is the closest Chick-fil-A to my business and my employees often request Chick-fil-A when I buy lunch for everyone. And when I ask for a receipt to account for my per diem, the people who work there wave me off and tell me it's in the bottom of my bag. When I look and it isn't in the bag , they actually roll their eyes and huff at getting the receipt. One person actually demanded I hand the bag back over so they could dig through it and find the receipt! It makes one wonder why the people who work there are so miserable."
"This was the worst food I've ever gotten from a Chik fil a!! I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon and extra cheese. I get extra bacon and cheese because usually there is too much egg, but that wasn't the case this morning. The egg was nonexistent, I did not get extra bacon. Which I paid for and the biscuit fell apart before I even took a bite!! Absolutely worst experience ever!!!"
"Most times the food is great. Occasionally it isn’t. Their customer service is amazing and they are consistently the best with correcting orders and fulfilling all requests. I absolutely love this location especially their mobile ordering."
"I don’t often review fast food establishments because they tend to be inconsistent at best. I have to make an exception today because my experience at the cedar hill chick fil a was exceptional. The kids played for hours in a clean play area. Seating was available with a good view of the kids which I appreciate. The restroom was clean and a step stool was provided for the kids. Most important was the staff; they could not have been more accommodating; just nice people working hard to provide a good experience for us. Five stars to them!"
"I love their chicken minis but I'm not really a fan of the breakfast bowl. This is my first time trying it and I didn't feel like you got enough for the money and it was bland."
