"Came in one hour prior to close. Lights were dim, floors were clean and mopped and chairs were on the tables. No place for us to sit and ladies working served us but I heard lots of grumbling and a little attitude. I brought in 12 customers but did it feel welcomed. Food was mediocre. Got the left over scraps in some cases. The ran out of rice. Would have taken it to go it we live over an hour away. Even an hour before close, we should expect the same good service and the same good food."
"Every single order from this place in the last year has been missing items, the quality of the items provided are poor, and the staff is incredibly indifferent about the fact that that the quality of the work they are doing is subpar. Poor attitudes. And Chipotle conveniently changed their website so it’s literally impossible to contact anyone in customer service to get a resolution on ANYTHING. Pathetic business practice all around, I spend $60 per trip to Chipotle and every single time we end up with at least one issue if not problems with all four meals. Our January 17th order came with hair, burnt chips, old gauc, and old ingredients in the bowls. Look at the quesadillas for my daughters, no cheese and burned from today’s order. DO BETTER or stop charging a premium for poor quality food and service!"
"Extremely slow service. The were areas in the kitchen that looked like dirt or mold. Thos definitely needs to be addressed ASAP. Whatever this is, it's probably getting in circulation and food...yuck"
"This location needs help. Obviously it’s a very busy part of town, so it should be managed better and staffed appropriately to handle the traffic. I don’t even know if they have a manager at this location. It was only one person working in front. The presentation of the place is very concerning. I left yesterday because I lost my appetite because of the appearance. Food was everywhere or looked old, not fresh. I asked one of employees if it would be fresh Queso coming out he said not at this time but could grab some from another bar. I just went ahead and left. This not my first experience like this here. I don’t believe I will be returning. Someone definitely needs to get this location up and running right."
