"Small mom and Pop eateries are my favorite. I asked around and was directed here. What a treat, they had the best darned food in the friendliest of settings. The best darned food food matched by the best darned service! I was long overdue for a good chicken fried steak. I enjoyed a side of fried okra and a salad with some cornbread muffins and that was good meal. The Meatloaf my friends ordered was also delicious."
"Tina was our waitress & she was so nice & attentive. She always made sure we were ok, if we needed anything. It was my first time there, she gave me daily menus. I will definitely go back. Food was amazing!! Fresh, great flavor & great portions. They are not stingy with their food."
"I was craving Chicken and dressing, so I decided to give it a try when I saw it on the Friday special. It was very delicious and flavorful! I was not a big fan of the yams; they lacked sweetness and had a weird gelatinous coating. The Mac and cheese was good. I absolutely loved the biscuits! They were super warm, moist, and buttery. I also liked how the daily specials had a LOT of options (unlike most places) Overall, 8.5/10 the food is good….I really wish google would allow us to give half stars on ratings."
