Jack in the Box

"Mostly Spanish speaking young and old, orders get messed up due to them not understanding English very well. There's NO WIFI, and the prices are too dam high! We.... the customers asked if they could turn the air down because its cold outside and it's COLDER inside. They said they couldn't turn it down from in the store, they have to turn it down from the office....what sense does this company make that you don't adjust the temperatures accordingly! If it's cold outside you turn down/off the air or turn on some heat. The employees are working by the heat of the food......and you want all the customers to come in and order take out, you don't welcome them to stay so that's why jack in the box don't offer WIFI or HEAT when it's cold because they don't want customer in the store? Is this the message your giving to the customers "Jack Frost in the store" instead of Jack in the box! That's very frosty of you!"

"Was extremely disappointed in both the service and quality of the food. Ordered $10 combo box that they tried to charge me over $11 for ( real price $10.83 tax incl). Then they gave me the wrong change. When I tried to get it corrected they gave me another $9 when all they needed to do was give me a few more cents. I was honest and gave it back. When I got home 5 minutes later I discovered everything was cold. Curly Fries had been fried twice to an extremely crunchy texture) but they were cold, go figure. The Ultimate Cheeseburger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Sorry Jack, this location at Story Rd and Irving Blvd is substantially below any reasonable expectations of quality and service."

"Maria is always friendly, helpful and efficient. This is the best Jack in the Box. My special requests are always perfect. The food is fresh, made when ordered so always hot and quick,, too. This is my go to spot for fast food. Breakfast Jack and the Chicken Fajita Pita are my #1 favorites."

"The lady that works night shift with blond hair at the register has the ugliest attitude.I come 3 nights out the week for the 3 taco combo and I always order them plain only cheese every time I order my order correctly I get the exact opposite.I love the morning crew especially mimi she make jack in the box a welcoming place ,but night shift that lady with the blond hair needs to find another type of job that does not included customer service 3 Times a week she has done that to me and I'm about done with this location. Corp needs to step in at this point . I worked customer service for 8 years and never had a stanky attitude like her she definitely needs to find a new profession because it sounds like she is forced to work . Never do I put a complaint in for a fast food place but she out of hand ✋"

"Date nov22...wednesday 2023 I have been coming to this store for almost 3 years but today with that tall lady or man... Took almost 1 hour more just to serve.. She or he was on the phone and not paying attention to any drive-thru! We waited for a long time..and the tall lady/man still had no response...i understand there was only one employee.. But she/he focus was on totally phone that's shame..making waiting for customers no reason...i wish my review will fire her or at least get wasrbing . I was trying take her picture while she/he was on phone with laugh but I could..bt I took the picture of employee..car parking outside so team can figure out how /she was just alone working today... Again same problem n I got her pic"
