"Staff doesn’t pay attention to take your order. Stood for 10 minutes unacknowledged to be told that it would be another 13 minutes after my pick up time. The orders are never on time and the service is bad."
"The chicken was awful. I didn’t know you could dry out chicken to this extent. Same for the biscuits and fries. It had to be more than one day old probably 2+ I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me."
"If all you can speak is English DO NOT go here the manager speaks Spanish only and they don't carry wings according to the new girl that just moved here. I question it but she told me no wings they stop making them. I thought that to be strange so I called the one at Hardwood and they did have them. It is the hot wing they are going to discontinue. So if you want good service from a KFC go to the one on Hardwood"
"Food good but looked like nothing. Service lacking at this spot just as other reviews have stated. I don't even work fast food but i can't stand when people pull up and immediately start ordering or saying HELLLOOOOO not respecting that they may need a moment before they acknowledge you. They could possibly be helping a customer at the window. You can't tell from the speaker at this location so when I pulled up I knew what i wanted but waited for them to greet me. I didn't have a timer set but I had waited so long to the point where I thought maybe they were closed even though it was 1pm so I finally said helloooo... no response. I waited probably another 10 seconds and said are you open... is anyone there? 2 people finally came on the speaker. They both apologized. I don't know what the what they were doing but it was ridiculous. There were now 3 other cars behind me at that point. Also when I pulled around there was no one at the window either. So I don't know what was going on."
"Average KFC and service. Nothing stands out when you walk in. If you expect more than chicken you'll still end up hungry after you leave. Oh, our chicken was wrong but it was really tsaty. The light hanging in the lobby that looks like a chicken bucket was cool."
