"Unacceptable!!! I ordered a 2PC. DARK but, this is what I received. Overly cooked leg and two wings (white meat). Where's the beans with the "Beans and Rice"???. I spent $14.92 on a meal that wasn't what I asked for. Smh....I do not recommend this location."
"The guy taking my order was on the phone and talking into it the entire time. He got our order wrong and I had to go up to get the right stuff. He also missed two items on my order. I was given classic instead of spicy and when I went up to fix it he gave me a new box and made me take the fries out the old box and put it in the new box."
"I'm done. Ordered a family 12 PC chicken with a side of Mac and cheese. It comes with "large Cajun fries". This was literally the same amount of Cajun fries that used to come with the 3 piece meals. The $3.75 Mac and cheese was 2 bites. What an absolute rip off. And they forgot all 5 of our sauces we asked for. We ordered the blueberry pastry and got a biscuit with icing drizzled on top. Not at all what was pictured. It's legitimate robbery"
"Terrible. I went to to Bedford location and ordered a 5 piece spicy tenders, mash potatoes and a drink. The tenders were so dry and brown that they were very hard and chewy. Like beef jerky. I had to throw away and they wouldn’t give me a refund!"
