"You got me this time. My son had my car on this day. Now I know why he's never hungry when he gets home. I do know he frequents the Jack in the box. It must be good food."
"Went got a big breakfast, extra pancakes, extra eggs I got my extra eggs, but for some reason I didn’t get my extra pancakes and they didn’t give me a receipt. Therefore, I have no idea if I was charged for the extra pancakes which I assume I was. Cause I usually get just extra pancakes and it’s always nine dollars and something cents and today it was 10 something I’m just extremely disappointed and every time I try to call this location their phone number is not correct so they need to update their phone number. It’s just frustrating seeing as I was the only one in the drive-through"
"I was very disappointed this time. The food we spent alittle over $30 for was thrown in the trash. Everything was wrong or over cooked(burnt) We have been going to this Jack in the Box and never had this kind of problem. We usually go through the day but the one time we go at night, was horrible. I will say we enjoyed the Managers attitude but he needs to work on his serving of food."
"Food is good but every time I come through, the person at the speaker doesn't get my order right and the screen is impossible to see when the sun is shining. Ordered "a number 3, large coke, curly fry then can i get another one the exact same way but with a sweet tea." Got a number 3 and a number 1 ugh my bad. Before that I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with an additional cheese burger and fry. Only charged and received the kids meal. I get that it can be hard to hear over the speaker but its kind of ridiculous when the person taking your order is cutting you off at every word and still gets it wrong. And theyre rude when you go in to correct it and they never answer the phone. Repeat the order back please your screen is terrible."
"Just got home from the Jack in the Box 2952 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75062 I ordered a sourdough Jack and the meat patty is not on there. I tried calling them and an answering machine picks up. I wanted to give no stars but I had to give 1. I was the only car in the drive thru."
