"When I called to find out the details about consigning with this store, the person I spoke to was very friendly. When I visited the store, as she instructed, to sign up to receive a call back when they were ready for new items, the woman who greeted me was not friendly and was actually rude. She acted like I was bothering her to even be in her store. I am really disappointed by this since the first person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. Even if they call, I don't know if I will go back."

"Considered giving it 2 stars but my mom still likes going there. It's not the same as it was 5-10 years ago when the clothes and look of the store lived up to its "Upscale" name. Now it resembles an indoor yard or estate sale more than an upscale resale store."
