"I Went by Old Navy at La Plaza Mall today 9/4/21 and was disgusted by the behavior of RUTH SANCHEZ!! “Manager”!! As I’m shopping I see a lady talking w a young man in the middle of the store, as I get closer I can hear her getting upset at what looks to be an employee. I hear the young man clearly say “I didn’t do that, and I’m sorry” Ruth proceeds to scold this young man in front of everyone, he kept apologizing and all I kept thinking is, okay lady he said he’s sorry, Leave him alone!! You’re clearly embarrassing him already. It was uncomfortable for me to watch because I have daughters his age that work retail and I can’t imagine their managers yelling at them like that. I told her she needed to stop it was unprofessional and she should do that in private, not in front of customers who are shopping. Old Navy needs to train their managers better. Ruth was way out of line. Very disappointed and disgusted w this managers behavior."
