"We had small kids with us. After taking our order , people came in after us and received their food . We waited for two hours for our food. We were visiting and decided to get food and head back home. We wasted a lot of time waiting to eat. No discount but kept bringing us drinks. Never eat there again."

"I had to come write a review for this location. We live close by and it isn't always easy to get 3 young kids out. We have been the past 2 Sundays to breakfast around 9 am and the food and service has been the best I've experienced in years from any restaurant. Keep it up Ihop!"

"I recently took my elderly father there for breakfast. He walks with a crutch. We're almost at a wheelchair stage. We came in and the hostess takes off to the back. I'm hanging back with my father who clearly has walking issues. Half way to the back, I say, really? He has trouble walking and you're taking use to the back. She laughed. When we arrived at the last and more farther booth from the door. I explained that couldn't she have seated us closer to the door. She turned and said no, it's policy. The waitress came and was sympathetic and offered to move us. I explained no, we made it here but I'd like to see the Manager. The Manager was also sympathetic. I explained no I don't want another booth at this point I'd like you to train your people about handicap and elderly folks. She agreed and apologized. That was it. We/I will never go back there (at least to this location) ever again. I don't understand people these days! I rated everything a 1 because there wasn't a 0."
