Jack in the Box

"I usually go to this location when I am in town. But this time they really dropped the ball on my breakfast sandwich and they put 1 piece of bacon on it and it was cold. The hashbrown was not cooked all the way either. My friend ordered bacon on her breakfast sandwich and there was 1 piece of on hers also."

"The food was ok but the lady who was there on 2/10/24 on night shift around 2 am was extremely rude. We came up from Florida and had never been to a Jack in the Box and she was not very tourist friendly and didn't explain things well. We had to literally say" we are from Florida and we have never been here". It should not have been a problem as we were the only car there. I TOTALLY understand the reviews. Being this close to the airport you would think that the people would be a little nicer. I do not recommend coming here at all. Maybe the staff could have a MANDATORY customer service refresher in the future because the is what is killing the google ratings. According to the majority of the review responses the manager is fully aware of his rude staff and doesn't seem to be making any changes. I don't think anything will change."

"today 02/08/24 7:25 pm I stopped to get four chicken sandwich, one large curly fries and one large regular fries. The lady at the register charge me $22.21. She didn’t give me no receipt after I asked for the receipt I saw the charges four small fries told her I get the same order from a different Jack-in-the-Box. It’s normally 18 $ , she was saying yeah because you got the curly fries then I see the receipt she charged me four times for the fries she was refusing to read the order. She just gave me two dollars back in cash. I don’t want to make it a big deal to who maybe concern , please talk to her ."

"I came inside and placed my order. Paid for extra cheese was charged for extra cheese…. Where the rest of my cheese and no one is answering the phone. Make sure yall check your order because they are ripping people off!"

"Very rude, ordered food and told then we wanted curly fries and when we checked we noticed they were all regular fries we nicely told the worker that they are supposed to be curly fries and then one of the workers, older lady with glasses told us that they are all regular not curly and rudely told us to either pay extra for the curly fries or just leave. We told her nicely that they were the wrong fries twice and she dismissed us. She was very rude and impatient. We spend a good $40 and we ended up leaving with no curly fries. Very bad customer service. We wouldn’t have had an issue paying extra for the curly fries she didn’t give us time to tell her what we wanted to do she told us to either pay extra or leave twice and she walks off the window mad so we ended up just leaving cause the other workers were ignoring us at the window."
