Although the tools are not always the best quality, they are good enough for perhaps a do it yourselfer who doesn't want to or can't affor a high price. Though I must say that it is always good to research up your item you may be purchasing since, it could be a little difficult to purchase parts for that item in the future or difficult to find replacement/custom parts. Thought on the average, these will get you out of a jamb!"
"You know I really hate going here. It is like a kid in a candy store. They have so many tools and equipment. I just go in for one thing and come out with 10 but leave wanting more. Great service and great selection of items. Staff is very helpful. I WILL BE GOING BACK, SOON. Please open more cashier's. When there is 15 people in line you need more than one check out."

"The store itself is very nice and organized, this complaint is about the supervisor Joe. I was in there looking for some stuff and I couldn’t find it. I was going to approach him to ask but when I got closer to him he decided to get his phone out and take a phone call as he walked right past me without even acknowledging me. This is no behavior for a supervisor, and this wouldn’t be a problem had they had people working the floor but every single time I’ve been to this location there is not one single person on the floor to help."
