"UPDATE! - THEY SAID IM KEEPING THE RECLINER! THEY NEVER INTENDED TO GIVE ME BACK THE ORIGINAL RECLINER, THE RECLINER WAS ORIGINALLY FOR MY DISABLED GRANDFATHER! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS! EDIT - It's not been almost 2 years and I'm still waiting on the recliner I originally purchased from these people. I like this aarons, but currently, I've been waiting for a replacement recliner. Y'all sent a guy over and he said it needed to be replaced, it's been over a month and last time I called they said they were waiting for a part. Also, my term is almost up, are yall just waiting for it to run out? This recliner is for my grandfather so I'd appreciate some sort of response."
"Bad experience not happy with! I placed an order online today’ the online purchase said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days ‘ I called the store to make sure and they told me they would have to deliver next week! 8 whole days that I shouldn’t have to wait for . I don’t think it’s right just because they are booked and because thanksgiving next week ! It’s their job to help you out but instead they don’t bad experience with these people I swear they need to do better with their employees!"
