"Customer service in gardening I am rating as poor. Nidia, is was very rude and unfriendly. I had purchased a few plants from the clearance rack and some at regular price. A strand with the root fell out. She stated it didn't belong which was ridiculous and she was incorrect for the pot had assorted flowers. Also she acted like I was steeling. I spent $78.00 and she had the audacity to treat me rudely. So I suggest that improvement in the training for customer service. As for merchandise was reasonably priced."
"Lowes uses CRST fir installs. CRST hires subs, in my case JONES. I ordered a range hood and install November. Between the three musketeers (Lowes, CRST, and Jones) they have misplaced the product. I requested and given an install date 6 days after the order. It has been over a month now. Lowes refuses to cancel my order and reorder the product. It appears Jones employees have stolen the product I paid for, yet I am being held liable until product is found. Assistant ManagercMaria said she would call with updates. Team supervisor Bishop said he knew the install crews, yet I am still without install or product. I am not a happy customer."
"Lazy people. I had a delivery from a high value products vendor . I spent 30 minutes on the phone and couldn’t get a single answer from them. Worst place for deliveries they should close this store it put freight at risk by staying on a truck longer than it needs. I had to go to an not so secure location to drop the trailer and don’t know if the load was delivered I still got paid my miles."
"Yesterday my husband n I went to buy a refrigerator. First the two individuals that were there at a cash register did not offer to help. I had to ask for the manages so I could get some assistance. We ordered the refrigerator. I was excited that it would arrive today Friday but not. There delivery guys did not bother getting off their truck to deliver it. They called us. We didn't answer so they left. Now I needed to reschedule and cuz I waited for them I didn't go on my trip either."
