"I Do Not Recommend this location. I have been to this location on a few occasions and the service and food was not good at all. This is the closest BBQ location to me so I thought I’d give it another shot. Service and food is still horrible and I have made the decision to take the extra time to drive another location or competitor. Rather than go into great detail about my terrible experience and subpar food on here, I will be reaching out directly to corp. This is a prime location, Dickeys could truly exceed any financial goals set for this location if they could just make improvements in these two areas…quality of food and invest in employee training. Just send a few secret shoppers in to experience what your customers are experiencing. As part of your training program, send these employees to other Dickey’s locations (South Copper is a great example) as customers so they can see how things should be done. Best of Luck!"

"11/6/23, 1:48 pm. Sent to Dickeys on E. Broad. Sign said open, door was locked. Called, saw someone walking at counter but no one answered the phone. If can't answer the phone doubt they'll answer the drive thru. Can't be busy cause I don't see anyone else here. You're either open or not????? I don't care for this place bit my husband likes the bbg. Guess I'll be going somewhere else now and in the future. Good luck Dickeys. Not sure how you're still open. I don't recommend this place at all."

"I've tried to purchase from this location and it's always something. I will continue to go to the one off Cooper. If I could have chosen no stars I would have. The service at this one is HORRIBLE. They took my order and my money then just left me waiting at the window. I had to go in and ask for my money back. The manager has no customer service skills at all!!! They don't know how to multi task and it wasn't but one other customer in the store. She acted like it was necessary for her to complete the small pick-up order before refunding me my money. They really need to close this location!!!!"
